Outreach International Romance Writers Chapter of RWA® offers online
workshops and classes through the Outreach Online Campus. Classes
vary in length and are conducted via e-mail. Most run as e-mail
listserves, much like your chapter and RWA® affiliated loops. No
real time or live chats. Participants are subscribed into the list
for the length of the class then unsubscribed when it’s over. These
classes are open to anyone with e-mail capability wishing to
participate.
CURRENT CLASSES OFFERED
The cost of each Workshop is dependent on the length of class.
Please check information on the class you are interested in for
details. Outreach members receive a discount. IMPORTANT NOTE--you
must be a member of Outreach International Romance Writers Chapter
of RWA® to pay the member price. You can find out more about OIRW

You can join a class either through PayPal or by snail mail.* Before
registering, please read all policies and procedures
provided below.
To register online by credit card/PayPal:
Click
the Buy Now button next to the class you are interested in. You will
be taken through the payment process by PayPal then you MUST
click Return to Merchant to be directed to an
online registration form. You must complete the payment AND submit
the registration form, to ensure you are properly registered. If you
have any questions about the online registration process, contact
the
Campus Coordinator.
To
register by snail mail:
Print
the registration form and mail payment in US Dollars with your
completed form to the Campus Cordinator at the address provided on
the form.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Please note cut-off dates for registration and costs for each class
are posted under class offerings.
You
must fill out registration forms completely. It is important to
provide a working email and if possible and alternate email.
Understand that admission to the workshop depends on receipt of
this form and payment fee before the cut-off date for the workshop
chosen. If the payment fee is received AFTER the cut-off date, the
payment fee will be returned or applied to another workshop of my
choosing.
After
paying your course fees and submitting your registration, you will
receive an e-mail confirming that you have been registered for the
workshop. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, contact the
online campus coordinator before the workshop begins
Depending on the number of students in the class you will either
receive an INVITATION to join the group from Yahoo!groups or you
will automatically be added to the loop. When INVITATIONS are used,
you must respond to the incitation by joining the group.
ATTENTION--IMPORTANT FOR ALL REGISTRANTS--If you have spam filtering
software on your email account that requires you to add allowed
emails from outside sources you MUST add this email to the list:
PresOutreach@insightbb.com. Otherwise, you may not receive
confirmation information and/or invitations to join the class.
Though we will try to catch problems, the CAMPUS Coordinator and
Outreach International are not responsible for any failure to
receive confirmations caused by spam filters. If you have registered
for a class and have not received confirmation or invitation within
one week of class, please contact the Campus Coordinator.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given for withdrawing from a workshop or for
failing to allow invitations or adds to a class because of spam
filtering software. It is the student's responsibility to ensure
they are using an email address that allows them to participate in
the class. In the event a workshop is canceled by the instructor
CAMPUS offers the option of taking another workshop or the return of
payment check. In the event the class member misses the cutoff date
for a workshop, the payment check will be returned or another
workshop can be selected.
