Award Of Excellence Contest

Our annual contest, The Outreach Award of Excellence, is for both published and unpublished writers, with finalists judged by editors of prime publishers in the romance field. The contest is held in the fall to allow entrants to use the critiques to polish their Golden Heart® entries. It is also open to non-Outreach members, but for a higher entry fee.
